How to trade

Safe trading is built on precise information — not luck

We borrow the structure from the collector card market: one page per title, a shared condition scale, and the money is only released once the buyer has the game in hand.

As a buyer

Search for the title
Type the game's name in the search field. Every title has its own page.

Compare listings
See edition, included expansions, condition of game and box, language, price and shipping side by side — plus the seller's rating and number of trades.

Pay to the platform
The amount is held back with us. The seller is notified to ship, but only receives the money afterwards.

Confirm receipt
If the game matches the description, you release the amount. If something's wrong, we step into the case.

As a seller

Create the listing for free
Choose a title, fill in edition, condition and price. It takes under a minute.

The listing lands on the game's page
Your listing is shown alongside every other copy of the same game — right where buyers are looking.

Ship with a ready-made label
Once the game is sold, you get a shipping label and an address.

Get paid out
The amount is paid out once the buyer has confirmed receipt. The fee is only deducted here.

The condition scale

Mint: New and still shrink-wrapped, or new and unpunched.
Near Mint: Played a few times. No visible marks on components or box.
Good: Used and well kept. Complete, but minor signs of use should be expected.
Played: Clear wear on components or box. All contents are present.
Incomplete: Parts are missing. The seller always states in free text what is missing.

The game and box are assessed separately, because a worn box doesn't necessarily mean a worn game. Anything that deviates from the scale must be described in the listing's free text.

Shrink wrap, unpunched tokens and card sleeves are indicated separately because they affect the price independently of the condition.

Why are new titles approved manually?

Because the catalogue is the whole point. When a title is created, a moderator checks that it doesn't already exist under another name, and that the release year, publisher and edition are correct. This prevents duplicates like "Catan", "Settlers" and "Settlers of Catan" as three different pages — and that's what makes search usable.
