Privacy policy

We only collect the information necessary to run the marketplace and complete a trade. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising with third parties.

The text below describes how we actually intend to run the marketplace. The final legal wording is being finalized with an advisor and may be adjusted before launch. We update the date at the bottom whenever something changes.

What we process

Profile: email, chosen display name and optionally city. Used for login, to show you as a seller, and to send messages about your trades.

Listings and watchlist: content you write and upload yourself, plus which titles you follow and any maximum price. Used to display listings and notify you when a title you follow is put up for sale.

Trades: order, amount and shipping information. Payment card details are handled solely by our payment provider — they never pass through our own systems.

Technical: necessary session and security cookies. Statistics are only collected if you have given consent in the cookie banner.

Legal basis

We process information to fulfil the agreement with you (your profile and your trades), based on our legitimate interest in preventing fraud and abuse, based on your consent for statistics, and to comply with bookkeeping obligations.

How long we keep it

Profile and listings are kept as long as you have an account. If you delete your account, we remove your profile and active listings. Information about completed trades is kept for five years because the Danish Bookkeeping Act requires it.

Who we share with

We use data processors for hosting, database, email and payment. They only process information on our instructions and under data processing agreements. In a trade, we share the information the other party needs — name and delivery address. We do not disclose information to others unless required by law.

Your rights

You can get access to, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, and you can withdraw a consent. Write to us via the contact page. You can always complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency.
