A trade is causing trouble
Is the game not as described, or has the package not arrived? Write the order number and what happened — the money is held back until the case is resolved.
A title is missing or incorrect
If a game is missing from the catalogue, or the release year, publisher or edition is wrong, a moderator will fix it. Feel free to send a link to a source.

If you want your information disclosed or your account deleted, we'll do it as quickly as possible and confirm in writing.
